Myron & Pam Kashima were born and raised in Hawaii and opened Kilohana Grill in 2003 with the encouragement and help of family and friends. Authentic Hawaiian favorites are prepared fresh daily without peanuts or MSG. Come taste Hawaiian home-style cooking - Cooking influenced by the blending of flavors of different cultures - the Philippines, Korea, Germany, Japan, Portugal and other ethnicities that were represented on the sugar plantation that Myron grew up on on the island of Kauai. Pam loved to share her love for Hawaii to the many tourists she met while playing on the beach at Waikiki while watching the beach boys surfing and outrigger canoes racing across the waves.
